H360 Resources specializes in the Temporary Foreign Worker Program (TFWP), which brings foreign human capital to work in Canada with a closed work permit, meaning that their visa and work permit are attached to the employer who sponsored their process (as they pay most of the costs involved). This process includes a Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA), plus a “certificat d’acceptation du Québec” (CAQ) for jobs in the province of Quebec, before the actual work permit request.
